Bealls stands behind the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by mail or take it to any Bealls Department Store in Florida.
To return your purchase to a store, just bring the item(s) and your receipt in and we will issue you a credit for the merchandise returned. You may also exchange it for something else that you find in our store. Click here to locate a store near you.
To return your purchase by mail, please enclose in a box, a copy of your receipt, complete with your name, address and the merchandise; customers are responsible for all shipping & handling charges. How to return an item
Step 1.
Complete the Return/Exchange Form. If you don’t have the Return/Exchange Form, just be sure to include your name, address and customer number, along with instructions whether to exchange the item, refund the merchandise purchase price, or credit your Blair Credit Card account or credit card.
Step 2.
Detach and enclose the Return/Exchange Form (or include your return/exchange information) in the package with the merchandise you’re returning.
Step 3.
Use our convenient SmartLabel™, found on your packing slip, to ship your package. It’s pre-addressed and pre-paid, so you pay nothing up front! (Please note that some heavier packages or items shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipped outside the continental United States do not include a SmartLabel™, but you may print your own below.)
• Simply attach the SmartLabel™ to your return package and give the package to your Postal Carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office location – no need to stand in line!

OUR POLICY:
Exchanges and returns can be completed if the item is UNWORN, UNALTERED, and UNWASHED with ALL tags attached. Shoes must be returned with no signs of wear, in their original, undamaged boxes. Lingerie and swimwear unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons. Reduced priced items are processed as final
sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
An order placed using a promotional code is not eligible for a return for refund, only for exchange or store credit. Orders with promotional codes are not eligible for free shipping of returns/exchanges. Some discount codes are applied as final sales and make the merchandise non-exchangeable and not eligible for store credit. These restrictions will be noted with the individual discount code.
We strongly advise that the customer fully inspect their order before removing any tags or discarding any original packaging. To ensure the quality of our items, Chickdowntown.com cannot accept returns of items which do not have all original tags attached. Customers will not receive credit (either in full refund or in store credit) to their account if items are returned with any original tags missing. Exchanges may not be accepted if all original tags are not attached. No returns or exchanges can be processed at

Once you receive your product, you will have 10 days to evaluate the item. During the 10 day evaluation period, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any items in new and unused condition for 100% money back!*
It does not matter if you do not like the style, size, color or just changed your mind! In order to keep our cost low and pass on the savings to our customers, no returns are accepted after the initial 10 day return period. However, all purchases are covered by our one year warranty.
Return Procedures:
