Lingerie/Clothes: For the health and safety of our employees, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.
Shoes: May not be returned if worn longer than necessary to see if they fit. Shoes returned with scuff marks on the heels or uppers, or showing any other evidence of wear, will not be accepted. When trying them on to see if they fit, please only walk on carpet.
DVDs/CDs/Tapes: May only be returned if unopened (still in the plastic wrap).
Please be sure to pack your return in such a way that we receive the items in the same condition in which you received them. Items damaged due to poor packaging will not be accepted.

Our Return Policy
Maidenform will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on all merchandise purchased on Maidenform.com. Returns can be made for up to 30 days after the online purchase date. Following our receipt of it, your return will then usually be processed within approximately
2-3 business weeks. Please note: No returns may be made to retail stores or department stores. Additionally we cannot accept returns for purchases made in retail or department stores.
For all discounted purchases made during sales or via promotion codes, returns will be credited at the discount price. Exchanges of product(s) bought at discount will be credited at the dollar amount for which they were originally purchased against the newly requested merchandise
