You may return unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We offer free of charge returns under following conditions :
1) Please make your return from the U.S. with the United States Postal Service using the pre-paid RETURN LABEL supplied with your delivered order. Otherwise we must refuse to pay shipping costs. 2) Please return your merchandise within 14 days of delivery (as shown by the shipper's records).
3) Please fill out the information requested on the package slip and enclose it with your returned merchandise.

- Returns received within 60 days of your order ship date are eligible for a refund. You may return unworn items for an exchange or store credit at any time.
- Shipping/Gift Wrap: Shipping and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
- Coupons: If you return your entire order, the coupon amount (if any) will be deducted from your refund. If you return part of your order and no longer meet the minimum purchase requirement, the coupon amount will be deducted from your refund. Percentage coupons (e.g., "10% off") will be reversed for each return.
- Closeouts: Sales of closeout merchandise are final (no returns will be accepted) These items are clearly marked closeout on the product page, the shopping cart page, your email confirmation and on your packing slip.
- Lingerie/Clothes: For the health and safety of our employees, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.
- Shoes: May not be returned if worn longer than necessary to see if they fit. Shoes returned with scuff marks on the heels or uppers, or showing any other evidence of wear, will not be accepted. When trying them on to see if they fit, please only walk on carpet.
- DVDs/CDs/Tapes: May only be returned if unopened (still in the plastic wrap).
- Please be sure to pack your return in such a way that we receive the items in the same condition in which you received them. Items damaged due to poor packaging will not be accepted.

Please follow the return instructions on the packing slip. If you need help please call us. Returns received within 30 days of your receipt in unworn, re-sellable condition receive a full refund. Detailed instructions are included on the packing slip with each order. You may use any method to return items. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. "Final Sale" items may not be returned or exchanged.
