Returns
Any part purchased from AutoPartsGIANT can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. (subject to product availability and inspection). Any questions regarding your part after the 30 day period please contact the products manufacture. The part must be unused, in it's original packaging (No seals or packaging can be broken on gasket or timing sets), and must be in resalable condition. Once an order has shipped the customer must follow these steps to insured credit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns (Except Incorrectly Packaged shipments). All orders are shipped via ground service except where otherwise noted. Orders can not be shipped to a PO Box. Our shipping chart refers to standard ground shipping only. Due to UPS regulations, oversized packages may require extra shipping costs.

Returns:
4 Wheel Parts gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.

Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

• Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
• After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees
• After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.

Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

Shipping

• All shipments are F.O.B. Compton, CA. Small items (under 150 pounds) will be shipped by ground service or express service if requested. Larger items will be shipped by truck freight. We do not ship C.O.D. orders to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO. All orders must have complete shipping address and phone number. Truck freight is tailgate only, customer must have someone available to unload freight. If the condition of your package is questionable, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 800.578.8132.

Return Authorization

• To return a part, you must call Toll Free 800.578.8132, prompt 3
  (Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm EST) for a Return Goods Authorization number
  (RGA). Please follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip. If the item is not installed and is within 30 days of the original ship date, you may return all or part of the order to receive a refund for the merchandise value. In some instances an item may be returned after 30 days with the following restocking fees being applied: 31-60 days 10%, 61-90 days 20%, 91+ days 30%. Special order items, modified and/or installed items cannot be returned. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further information concerning restocking fees and returning truck freight items

RETURNS
Step one:
To make a return contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Our customer service representatives will then guide you through the return process. Please note that you cannot make a return without acquiring a Return Authorization Number from one of our Ready Wheels customer service representatives.

Terms and Conditions
There are no returns on used or damaged merchandise; this includes merchandise that has been customized to meet the customer’s application requirements. We only except returns on Merchandise in brand new condition, and un-mounted. You cannot return a wheel once it has been mounted or installed on a vehicle. Customers who have only purchased wheels (no tires) cannot return wheels that have been mounted on a tire. Timing: To make a return you must contact the Ready Wheels Customer Service Department within 15 calendar days of the delivery date Shipping and labor are non-refundable

Fees
In the case where a customer prefers a return for refund, instead of an exchange, and the merchandise is returned in new condition, the customer will only be assessed a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping charges to and from Ready Wheels. Additional shipping charges apply to international orders. The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. If the return is for a Wheel and Tire combo package, the customer will also be assessed a $100 dismounting fee for all wheel sizes.

Packaging
Merchandise must be securely repackaged in accordance with our return instructions on your Return Authorization Form before they are returned to us. Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing or wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned. We do not give credit on merchandise that is damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to assure that the wheels are packaged correctly to protect them from being damaged.
