Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. During the warm Summer months, some melting and changes in consistency of protein bars is to be expected during shipment. Bars are always kept at appropriate storage temperatures in our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. Any changes in consistency occur as the result of delivery vehicles which we have no control over. In ordering bars during the warm months the customer assumes full responsibility for any changes in consistency. We recommend placing the bars in the refrigerator for several hours and then storing in a cool, dry place.
